Avron Insurance
Avron Insurance Group was founded on a simple but powerful idea β that the best insurance guidance comes from people who have actually lived the risks they are protecting against.
Co-founder Jane Pekler spent 25+ years in executive and VP-level roles, including a Big Four background, watching businesses make costly insurance mistakes because their agents did not understand the real financial exposure involved. She knew there was a better way.
Co-founder Andrei Mitiuschin built and ran a trucking business from the ground up. He experienced firsthand the complexity of commercial trucking coverage β the FMCSA filings, the cargo gaps, the coverage that looks good on paper but fails at claim time. He became an insurance professional so other trucking operators would not have to learn those lessons the hard way.
Together, they founded Avron Insurance Group to serve the businesses and families that keep Illinois moving β with the honesty, expertise, and multilingual service that the community deserves.

Jane Pekler
Jane brings 25+ years of executive and VP-level experience to Avron Insurance Group, including a Big Four accounting and consulting background. She has spent her career at the intersection of financial risk, operations, and business strategy β giving her a perspective on insurance that most agents simply do not have.
Jane founded Avron to bring that corporate rigor and financial expertise to the small and mid-size businesses that need it most β the independent operators, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs who are building something real and deserve protection that actually works.
She specializes in commercial insurance, real estate coverage, and personal insurance for multilingual families throughout the Chicagoland area.
Andrei Mitiuschin
Andrei founded and operated a trucking business, giving him firsthand knowledge of the risks, pressures, and insurance complexities that commercial operators face every day. He experienced the industry from the inside β dispatch pressures, FMCSA compliance, cargo claims, and the coverage gaps that most agents miss.
That experience is exactly why he became an insurance professional. Andrei founded Avron to make sure that other trucking operators β especially those in the Russian, Romanian, and Spanish-speaking communities β have access to honest, expert guidance in the language they trust most.
He specializes in trucking insurance, commercial coverage, and serving the multilingual business community throughout Illinois.
